Traditional Japanese Ju Jitsu Syllabus online for students and instructors
Welcome to LJJ Martial Arts
My name is Rob Phelps and I'm passionate about Traditional Japanese Ju Jitsu.
I'm a 5th dan in Japnese Ju Jitsu & got my black belt in December 2000.
Ju Jitsu is a great way to keep fit, to find focus and is absolutely fantastic for SELF DEFENCE. Ju Jitsu is one of the few martial arts that can actually be used out in the real world to protect yourself.

Read MoreThis is the perfect way to suppliment my existing training. I can do it at my own pace, I can pause, rewind & go over the same technique time and time again, without annoying my training partner. The techniques are explained rather than just shown so I've learnt loads of little nuggets of gold which is perfect. Whether you are brand new and want to learn techniques or more experienced and want to have techniques dissected it's all here for you. Senseis Rob and Nathan manage to effortlessly show a technique, unravel it into component parts before putting it all together again. You are definitely missing out if you don't use it.

Read MoreThis is definitely an extremely useful resource for any Jiu Jitsu student. The lessons are grouped into themes e.g throws, locks etc, making it easier to follow. The overall structure of programme is fantastic, starting with what is expected the minute you enter the dojo, right through to various types of engagement with your uke. The pace of learning is well-timed and takes the student through their paces, with rigour and ease. I would highly recommend this resource.
